Current ministries
Here at New Life, there is a broad variety of ministries that could use your giftings. From the warm welcome team to the A.V crew, there is a place for you to serve!
There's a lot more that goes into Sunday mornings than just flipping on the light switch and turning up the pastor's microphone! If you have experience in A/V, or would like to be trained, we would love to have your help! Please email Allen Chandler for more information.
Do you enjoy singing silly songs and dishing out Cheerios to our youngest church goers? If so, you may be interested in helping out in Kids Ministry! All joking aside, we take very seriously our duty to pass on the truths of the Scriptures to the next generation. We have opportunities to serve children ages 6 weeks - 6th grade on Sunday mornings & Wednesday nights. Becoming part of a Life Group is the best way to get involved in community at New Life! Most Life Groups meet once a week in someone's home, to fellowship together and discuss the Word. If you'd like to know more about Life Groups, or are interested in leading one, please email Phil Yeoman.
Our Street Mission Ministry Team meets on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays in the Gym Kitchen at 7:30 a.m. to prepare food to distribute to needy men, women, and children of downtown Louisville. From our regular Fellowship Lunches, to monthly Men's Nights, and other occasional gatherings, we need help in the kitchen from time to time.
